1. Are visas required for Croatia?
No, although Europe is threatening to require an Electronic Travel Pass like England and Australia do, they keep postponing that and it is not required this year. 2. Should I pack light for this trip? Yes, but it is not required. Our ship staff does laundry as part of their service, so you don't need many clothes and we dress light and casual, so make it easy on yourself and try bringing only a carry-on suitcase for a change. 3. What costs are not included in the tour package? MEALS -We include most meals on the yacht . When we are on the land portion of the tour we include breakfast only because group meals cost more, take more time and give us less choice of menu. Our customers prefer eating on their own for lunches and dinners when off the ship. Croatian food is less expensive than US & European food and healthier. TIPPING - Tipping is included except aboard the ship. The crew of the ship have insisted that they not be included in the price of the ship. Instead, they ask that each person plan to tip approximately $190 per person for the week of service you receive. You will be amazed by how spoiled we are by these good people. SOUVENIRS - You'll have to buy these yourself and there are lots to choose from! 4. What kind of money is needed and how much should we bring? Croatia uses the Euro and you will need cash when eating at small cafe's, buying gelato, and for many of the souvenirs. Whenever you can, use a credit card for the best exchange rate. Be sure to check your credit card companies to see if they charge you an international fee-- some do and some don't and it makes a difference when purchasing overseas. ATMs require a debit card and your pin number to get cash. We recommend bringing $200 - $300 per person in cash to start with. Ship tips can be paid in US cash. 5. Does the ship provide life jackets for swimming? The ship not only includes life jackets, but also snorkel fins and masks, water skis, kayaks, floaties, and paddle boards. Most people can't resist getting in the crystal clear water even if they don't usually enjoy swimming. In addition to the pristine waters of the Adriatic, there's a hot tub on the top deck to relax in as well. So don't forget your swim suits! 6. Can I give my family a list of hotels where we will be staying? Yes, but because of cell phones, most hotels don't have phones in the rooms and your families should be able to reach you with WhatsApp. They should have our contact information as well, as we are the best ones to get in contact with you in case of emergency. In addition, you can give them a copy of the digital handbook we email you and the day-by-day itinerary we give you before departure. More Questions? Text us at 801.669.1777 or 801. 440.3272 & we'll be happy to answer as well as post your questions here . These are links to videos we've found that can be helpful in planning for international travel. There are many more online -- when you finish one you may find more by the same person that are good updates on travel.

2. Sandals, walking shoes & flip flops 3.
